“I had the most wonderful time. The villa is beautiful. It is classic yet modern, extremely clean and had everything I needed. My stay was so peaceful. I mainly spent time by the pool as the villa was so private but I also enjoyed a few visits to the beach which was in walking distance. The main living area and kitchen are on the upper floor of the property with a large terrace offering magnificent sea views.

The high spec kitchen is fully equipped including two ovens, American fridge and breakfast bar.

A spacious lounge has comfortable sofas, television and cinema surround sound system. Double doors open onto the upper terrace overlooking the pool and sea beyond.

Next to the living room there is another lounge / childrens playroom which has a sofa bed and an independent WC and wash hand basin.

Stairs take you down to the lower floor where you will find:

• A self-containted annexe comprising an open plan living area with sofas and a television.

• A kitchen, with a small dining table leading out onto the pool terrace with a large gas BBQ and dining table making easy work of lazy suppers.

• A bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite shower room with WC sits off the lounge.

The annexe can be accessed from the main hallway downstairs or from the grass terrace to the side of the property.

On this floor there are also 4 further bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms open onto the private pool terrace.

Ideal for a morning dip before the first cup of coffee!

The villa has wonderful views, outside dining terraces, private gardens and a lovely pool.

The upper floor terrace leads off the kitchen and the living rooms and runs along the length of the villa.

Three of the bedrooms open onto the pool side terrace which mirrors the curves of the pool itself.

The pool, which has an alarm is heated, (set to 23 degrees) is:

• Length: 11 metres

• Width: 7 metres (widest point)

• Depth: 1.4 metres - 2.1 metres (steps at one end)

There is also a terrace shower. A large gas BBQ and outside dining area is also on this terrace setting, the scene for a perfect summers evening!

Children will love to explore and play in the garden which is part formal and part wooded with a swing, a trampoline and various toys for the pool.

There is private parking on the driveway, secured by gates.
